At The Bear Project 🧸, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products. Since our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Order Issues & Defective Products

We accept replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product, size, or design due to a mistake in fulfillment.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Us page with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a free replacement or a refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Since all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse: If you change your mind after placing an order.
  • Wrong size selection: Please check our size guide before ordering, as we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size choices.
  • Shipping delays: Estimated delivery times are provided, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to factors beyond our control.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

5. Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.
